The number of presumptive positive cases of coronavirus in Massachusetts have more than doubled in the past 48 hours, jumping to 92 by by Tuesday. But as guidance varies from state to state, and the federal response sends mixed messages, it’s been left up to institutions, organizations and school systems to figure out their plans day-by-day.
