Now in its 40th year, the Pan Mass Challenge has raised more than $650 million for cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. More than 6,800 cyclists will ride the 192-mile-course this year. Included among them will be so-called "Living Proof" riders and volunteers who are themselves cancer survivors.

Jim Braude was joined by Pan Mass Challenge founder Billy Starr, WBZ-TV anchor and PMC enthusiast Lisa Hughes, and biker Taylor Chinitz, who is one of the “Living Proof” participants.
