November marks Hospice and Palliative Care Awareness Month, and experts are hoping to promote family conversations about hospice as a tool for living.

Patricia Ramsden - Registered Nurse and Director of Admissions at Care Dimensions, a Danvers, Massachusetts-based Hospice and Palliative Care organization.
Beverly Simonini - Development associate with Care Dimensions. She came to Care Dimensions after her husband, Donald, received hospice care before he passed away from ALS.
Graham Chick - Volunteer with Care Dimensions. His daughter, Naomi, also received hospice care after a long battle with cancer.
