Massachusetts is well-known for its strong gun control laws, but last week that reputation may have taken a beating after the Supreme Judicial Court struck down a law banning civilian possession of stun guns. Now lawmakers on Beacon Hill have 60 days to hammer out new stun gun regulations. WGBH Legal Analyst and Northeastern Law Professor Daniel Medwed joined Joe Mathieu on WGBH's Morning Edition Tuesday to discuss the SJC decision and the future of stun gun laws in the commonwealth.
