As September begins, and Major League Baseball's pennant race is kicking into high gear. The Red Sox are two games back in the American League East, behind the Toronto Blue Jays, and they're ahead for the top Wild Card spot. If the season ended today, the Sox would make the playoffs. WGBH Radio's Craig LeMoult spoke with Boston Globe baseball writer Alex Speier about the Red Sox and their postseason hopes.
