City Hall Plaza and City Hall represent the physical and legislative heart of downtown Boston. But while city councilors struggle to build consensus on issues, most Bostonians are in agreement — the plaza, and City Hall itself, are kind of unattractive. Jim Braude and Margery Eagan opened the lines to ask listeners what they would propose to do about Government Center.
