Earlier this year, Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee named Rick Benjamin the Rhode Island Poet Laureate. Benjamin joined Boston Public Radio's arts and culture producer Edgar Herwick to talk about his love for poetry and how he plans to bring it to the masses during his five-year tenure as state poet.
