Charles Dickens created some of the most memorable characters in the history of literature. While many of Dickens' most well-known characters are male (Ebenezer Scrooge, Pop, The Artful Dodger, Oliver), his books are also full of rich female characters. It's these women, and Dickens' relationship with these characters, that is the focus of English actor Miriam Margolyes' one woman show, "Dickens' Women".
Miriam Margolyes joined Callie Crossley on Boston Public Radio to discuss her show. You can catch her on Weds, 10/17 at 7:30 at Boston University, or on Fri, 10/19 at UMass Lowell.
