William Pomerantz is Senior Director of Space Projects at X PRIZE Foundation. The mission of the X PRIZE Foundation is to bring about radical breakthroughs for the benefit of humanity by creating and managing prizes that drive innovators to solve some of the greatest challenges facing the world today. Pomerantz is also co-founder of SpaceAlumni.com, an online news and networking tool for young space professionals around the world, and served as Chief Editor for two years. He is currently vice president of the ISU-USA Alumni Association.
