Vice President of Sponsorship and Membership
Suzanne Zellner is GBH’s Vice President of Sponsorship and Membership, leading the teams responsible for corporate partnerships, and those stewarding membership and local fundraising efforts. Zellner oversees the presentation of unique national and local sponsorship opportunities across all PBS stations and all of GBH’s radio, television and digital platforms, finding innovative new ways to help sponsors connect with PBS and NPR audiences. She also oversees all aspects of Membership, including events, audience and member services, volunteers, on-air fundraising for all GBH TV and radio services, and manages relations with the Contributor Development Partnership for direct mail and digital financial support.
Zellner joined GBH in 2003 to direct the Sponsorship Group for Public Television, which secures national corporate sponsors for signature PBS programs, including GBH's productions. She went on to supervise a newly consolidated Corporate Sponsorship department that unified GBH's national sponsorship team with the regional sponsorship sales team for GBH's TV and radio broadcasts, website and events. In 2019 she took on responsibility for the Local Development and Membership department.
Prior to joining GBH, Zellner spent 20 years in sales and marketing management for print and digital sales. She is a member of the Boston Chamber Women’s Network Advisory Board. Zellner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Marketing, and a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication Marketing and Research, both from the State University of New York at Albany.
