Richard Restak

Dr. Richard Restak is a graduate of Georgetown University School of Medicine, and he is Clinical Professor of Neurology at George Washington Hospital University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Dr. Restak was elected to Fellowship in the American Psychiatric Association, the American Academy of Neurology, and the American Neuropsychiatric Association. He was president of the American Neuropsychiatric Association (2005 - 2007). As a regular lecturer, both nationally and internationally, he has presented commentaries for both *Morning Edition* and *All Things Considered* on NPR and made numerous appearances on leading television talk shows including: the *Today Show*, *Good Morning America*, the Discovery Channel, and the *PBS NewsHour*.
