Regine Reynolds-Cornell is a specialist in French history, civilization, literature, and the Renaissance. Theatre constitutes the topic of her numerous publications, courses, and projects. Reynolds Cornell is today a consultant to the High Museum of Art. In 2009, she was elevated to the rank of officer in the National Order of Academic Palms. This distinction was granted in recognition of her dedication to the knowledge and the teaching of French culture and language. She has taught at Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, and at Duke and Princeton Universities.
