Ann Dexter

Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ann Dexter leads HR practices and strategy, with responsibility for all aspects of human resources including workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, benefits and compensation, and partnership with the GBH executive team.

Dexter joined GBH in 2018 with three decades of varied workforce management experience. Her previous roles were in leadership positions at Harvard and Bentley University, implementing processes and systems to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness, and advising senior executives across a number of business divisions on all aspects of HR. Prior to that, she was co-founder of the specialty law firm Hsu and Dexter, LLP in Needham, and served as an associate and partner in labor and employment law at Goodwin, LLP in Boston. She holds a J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School and a B.A. degree from Carleton College.
