GBH News senior editor and political analyst Peter Kadzis joined host Joe Mathieu on GBH's Morning Edition to discuss the historic events that transpired when a pro-Trump mob stormed the U.S. Capitol yesterday, postponing the codification of Electoral College votes to confirm Joe Biden as the next president. Kadzis pointed to these final two weeks of Donald Trump's presidency as the most dangerous, and also offered insight on Senator Mitt Romney's response to the insurrection. "I think [Romney] will be something, I think he is something important, and that is the conscience of what remains of the Republican party," Kadzis said.
