Voices of Hopkinton is a six-part video series that seeks to understand some of the politics of the 2016 New Hampshire Primary through the lens of a small town. Hopkinton, located just 15 minutes outside of Concord, has a population of about 5,600. Like the broader Granite State, its political makeup is diverse; in the last presidential primary, 35.3 percent of voters registered Democrat, 32.7 percent registered Republican, and 34.1 percent registered Undeclared.

We went to Hopkinton to talk to residents about the politics of the first-in-the-nation state.
