A day after U.S. Secretary of State defiantly testified about her response to the Sept. 11, 2012 attack on the U.S. Embassy in Benghazi, Libya, U.S. Sen. John Kerry will take the same seat to answer questions from the same committee about whether or not he will replace her as Secretary of State.

Kerry will testify before the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations, a  committee he chairs, at 10 a.m. It has been widely expected that Kerry will  not face a tough nomination process.
