The House Judiciary committee engaged in vigorous and sometimes heated debate Thursday as they considered two articles of impeachment filed against President Donald Trump. Should Democrats brace for defections, and what will the Republican strategy be in the Senate?

To discuss, Jim Braude was joined by Jennifer Nassour, former chair of the Massachusetts Republican party and the founder-president of Conservative Women For A Better Future, and Steve Kerrigan, former CEO of the Democratic National Convention and president of President Barack Obama’s inaugural committee.
