Dr. David Fajgenbaum talked about his experience battling a rare condition known as Castleman’s disease and how it ended up providing insights into treating COVID-19. Fajgenbaum is the co-founder and executive director of the Castleman Disease Collaborative Network, a professor of medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and associate director of patient impact for the Penn Orphan Disease Center. His memoir "Chasing My Cure: A Doctor's Race To Turn Hope Into Action," came out in paperback Tuesday.

Bob Thompson talked about the future of late-night TV post-Trump. He also spoke on the performance of poet Amanda Gorman at last week's inauguration and reviewed Netflix's "The Forty-Year-Old Version," "White Tiger" and "Lockdown" on Amazon Prime. Thompson is the founding director of the Bleier Center for Television and Popular Culture and a professor of television and popular culture at the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

John King discussed the future of the filibuster in the U.S. Senate and how he expects Congress to handle President Joe Biden's $1.9 trillion COVID-19 relief bill. He also touched on Trump's legacy with the Republican Party and news that his former press secretary, Sarah Huckabee-Sanders, is running for governor of Arkansas.
