The United States reached the grim milestone Wednesday of more than 150,000 deaths from coronavirus, as President Donald Trump continued to tout his support for hydroxychloroquine as a cure, for which there is no scientific evidence. Meanwhile, the global race for a vaccine continues, with companies Moderna and Pfizer beginning their phase three trials this week.
