The release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report on Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election is reportedly near. But big questions remain about how many of the findings will be made public. Newly confirmed Attorney General William Barr — who has previously stopped short of promising full disclosure to Congress — will be charged with deciding how much information goes to Congress. But after that, there is a lot of confusion about just what Congress can do next.
