New Yorker writer Ronan Farrow is largely credited with breaking the Harvey Weinstein sexual misconduct scandal wide open. As Farrow has noted, he tried to get NBC News to go with the story before he took it in frustration to the New Yorker. But now, NBC News says the situation wasn’t so simple.
