Mayor Curtatone Calls Gov. Baker’s Reopening Plan 'A Hot Mess'

Although Massachusetts moved to Phase 3 of Gov. Charlie Baker’s staged reopening plan on July 6, Boston delayed such a move until Monday. Somerville has gone even further, with Mayor Joe Curtatone announcing the city will remain in Phase 2 for the time being.
