The U.S. Attorney charged Nicholas Rovinski, 24, of Warwick, R.I., with conspiring to "to provide material support to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant."
The complaint alleges Rovinski conspired with Usaamah Rahim, the man shot in Roslindale last week after an incident with Boston Police and FBI agents, and David Wright, the man arrested in Everett in connection to the shooting, to carry out beheadings in the U.S., including police and others, including conservative commentator Pamela Gellar, who is unnamed be fits the description of "Intended Victim-1," described as "a resident of New York, who had organized a conference in Garland, Texas, on May 3, 2015, featuring cartoons depicting the Islamic Prophet Muhammad."
