Boston doctors have completed surgery on Secretary of State John Kerry's broken leg. A spokesman says Kerry is in good condition and is resting.
He suffered the injury in a bike accident Sunday in France, and returned home yesterday for the surgery.
Kerry had planned to travel to Madrid on Sunday for meetings with Spain's king and prime minister, and then spend two days in Paris for today's meeting on the Islamic State. He instead made plans to take part in that gathering by phone.
