Massachusetts' roll-out of recreational marijuana sales has been a long time coming. With just two licensed retailers open in the state, demand has been high. Since an emergency meeting earlier this week in Leicester, traffic around one of the stores slightly improved. But, the main issue of high demand and limited supply — which brought the two stores more than $2.2 million in sales in their first week alone — remains. So what's next? And, should legalizing pot be just a first step toward decriminalizing other drugs? Jim Braude was joined by Shaleen Title, one of four commissioners on the state's Cannabis Control Commission, who also co-authored the ballot question that legalized recreational marijuana in the state.
