A Neighborhood Dispute Caught On Video Goes Viral, But Was It Newsworthy?

When a Cambridge mother was quizzed about her housing accommodations by another woman – who turned out to be a Harvard employee – she captured the tense exchange on her camera phone and then posted the video to Facebook. When the video went viral, outlets like the Daily Mail and Time Magazine picked up the story. But whatever you might think of the exchange, does its virality constitute coverage?
