Rumors have swirled about former Governor Deval Patrick’s presidential bid and now, the rumors are true. Yesterday, Patrick confirmed that he was in fact considering a 2020 run. Combined with speculation that Senator Elizabeth Warren and Congressman Seth Moulton may also vie for the bid, but will they all really? Baby Box Program Proposal
Fifty years ago, baby boxes —cardboard boxes with mattresses— made waves in Finland after helping provide a solution for sudden infant death. Now, the strategy is being brought back to the forefront with a new bill in the state house proposing a baby box pilot program. WGBH News reporter Tina Martin has more on that bill.
