Rep. John Conyers (D-Michigan) is out following multiple accusations of sexual harassment and mounting calls for his resignation. Conyers made the announcement today and, here at home, Stan Rosenberg is officially off the job as Senate President — at least for now — despite the fact that he did not do any of the molesting. He temporarily stepped aside yesterday while a Senate investigation is carried out into multiple allegations of harassment and assault against his husband, Bryon Hefner. So what are the rules about who should step down when they are accused of sexual misconduct?
