According to OSHA (the department of Occupational Health and Safety) toxins that can be found in workplaces include asbestos, lead and formaldehyde. What's not on the list? The toxic worker.  The worker who wastes your time. The worker who belittles you. The worker who thinks he/she is always right. The worker who is inappropriate.

New researchfinds that toxic co-workers are a drain on a company’s money and morale. Nancy Koehn spoke with Jim and Margery on Boston Public Radio about spotting the toxic co-worker and what to do once you have.

Nancy Koehn is an historian at the Harvard Business School where she holds the James E. Robison chair of Business Administration
