What does the future taste like?

If you asked Marty Kolewe and Jud Horner, they'd probably tell you: fruit, coconut, and cocoa, mostly. They're part of the team behind IncrEdible Innovations, a Cambridge-based food company whose latest product, "Perfectly Free," might just be the frozen treat of the future. These bite-sized treats are free of some of the most common allergens—including gluten, cashews, fish, soy, peanuts, and dairy—are wrapped in an edible skin made of fruit (which reduces the amount of packaging needed) and are only about 30 calories per pop.

Marty and Jud joined Jim Braude and Margery Eagan to face off on the Friday News Quiz. To hear how they fared, tune in above.

Marty Kolewe is a director of research and development for IncrEdible Innovations. Jud Horner is their senior vice president of marketing. To find out more about "Perfectly Free," check out their website here.
