Let's get you up and running with GBH Passport so you can watch your favorite shows anytime.
Once you have the four-word activation code, follow these steps to activate your GBH Passport member benefit:
1. Go to the PBS Token Activation page and enter your four-word code, including the dashes
2. You will be directed to a page to either sign in with your Facebook account, a Google account, an existing PBS account, or to create a new PBS account. If you're having trouble, please feel free to contact Audience & Member Services.
3. If you need to create a new PBS account, click on “Create one now.” Fill out the form with your name, email, and choose a password. Accept the Privacy Policy and Term of Use and click "Create an Account"
4. Confirm that PBS and GBH may share your viewing history with each other. This is so we can provide recommendations to shows we think you may like.
Success! Once you've activated your GBH Passport benefit, you can watch videos online at any time by visiting and logging into your GBH Passport account on PBS.org, WGBH.org, or the PBS Video App available on supported streaming devices and Smart TVs. There is no separate GBH Passport website. You can access GBH Passport programs easily by going to our homepage, wgbh.org, hovering over "TV", then clicking "All TV Shows" in the top left corner. Enjoy!
Because the GBH Passport benefit is a one-time activation, you will not need your activation code in the future. All you need to access GBH Passport is the email address and personal password of your login account you signed into earlier in the activation process.
