Emergency Evacuation Finally Lifted After Huge Oil Refinery Fire In Superior, WisconsinSafety officials have lifted an evacuation order for miles around an oil refinery in Superior, Wis., after an explosion and a large fire erupted Thursday at the Canadian-owned facility.
