A new Suffolk University poll out Tuesday says that presidential candidates former Vice President Joe Biden, Sen. Bernie Sanders and Sen. Elizabeth Warren are the top three favorites among Democratic primary voters in New Hampshire — although almost 60% are still open to potentially changing their mind.
