Homeland security expert Juliette Kayyem spoke with Boston Public Radio about the eventual roll out of a COVID-19 vaccine. Front line workers will receive the vaccine first, Kayyem said, but then the question is, "Do you then vaccinate the vulnerable population, or do you vaccinate the transmitter population, which is our 20 to 40 year olds?"
Kayyem is an analyst for CNN, former assistant secretary at the Department of Homeland Security and faculty chair of the homeland security program at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
