After a five-day investigation into allegations of sexual assault against Brett Kavanaugh, Senators are reviewing the findings ahead of a final vote, scheduled for Saturday. But no matter the outcome, the issues surrounding Kavanaugh’s nomination are sure to continue as Democrats and Republicans come away with very different conclusions from the FBI report. With the American public as divided as their representatives in the Senate, what happens on Sunday — confirmation or not? And will the nation be able to recover?
