The Russia revelations came fast and furious today, with multiple Senate committees offering new information about the infamous Trump Tower meeting with that Russian lawyer and confirming past findings that Putin interfered in the 2016 election, specifically to help Trump. The US Ambassador to Russia under Barack Obama, Michael McFaul joined Jim Braude to discuss all that and his new book, “From Cold War to Hot Peace: An American Ambassador in Putin’s Russia.”

Eastern Bank Opens First Roxbury Branch In Over Two Decades
Boston-based Eastern Bank opened a new branch in Roxbury this past Monday. It's the first new bank branch to open in the neighborhood in more than 20 years and reportedly, just the sixth bank branch in the neighborhood all together. Jim Braude was joined by Bob Rivers, the chairman and CEO of Eastern Bank, and diversity activist Colette Phillips, CEO of Colette Phillips Communications, Inc. and a member of Eastern Bank's Board of Trustees, to discuss the implications of opening this new branch, in one of the most underbanked areas of the city.
