Once the underground business of bookies, sports gambling is officially going mainstream. Yesterday, the Supreme Court ruled that a federal law limiting the practice was unconstitutional. The decision means that it will be up to each state to decide if they want to legalize sports gambling or not. Three Massachusetts casinos have already signaled an interest, and fantasy sports companies are already celebrating. But will Massachusetts lawmakers give the green light? Should they?
