The White House made the controversial decision Tuesday to rescind the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, which has delayed deportation for about 800-thousand people who illegally came into the country as kids —  and let them live, work and study in the U.S. Now, their fate is in the hands of Congress.
