Read an English-language article on Russia, and you might notice something unusual: really, really enthusiastic comments about Russian President Vladimir Putin. Here’s one from the Washington Post: "If there is anyone who isn’t corrupt, it is Putin… Rarely if ever has a statesman had such a beautiful and just vision." If that sounds like a Kremlin talking point, that’s because it probably is.
