"I give him a lot of credit,” Kusnierek said. “Because one, he talks about things that a lot of people are afraid to talk about, [and] he doesn’t worry about how it’s going to affect whether or not people like him as a player. But two, Jaylen doesn’t just talk about things – Jaylen researches, Jaylen does his homework. He does all of the back work needed to fully understand the causes that he gets behind."
