The Boston Globe this week included a glossy, multi-page insert with glowing coverage of the hospital that appeared in many ways to be sponsored content, and did not mention two recent controversies involving the hospital. The Boston Globe said the piece was produced by the newsroom, and was separate from the work of the advertising department.
