President Donald Trump has unveiled his long-awaited infrastructure plan which proposes turning $200 billion in federal dollars into at least $1.5 trillion by leveraging local and state money, plus funds from the private sector, to invest in infrastructure projects. The plan would also streamline the permitting process for federal projects.
