Over the past several months, a group in Boston has been working to build a permanent memorial for Martin Luther King, Jr. The non-profit group, called MLK Boston, has been working with the city to build a memorial to honor both King and his wife, Coretta Scott King — both of whom have strong ties to Boston. The group’s co-chairs, Reverend Liz Walker, senior pastor of Roxbury Presbyterian Church, and Paul English, co-founder of Summits Education, Lola and Kayak.com, joined Jim Braude to discuss plans for the memorial.
