There's quite a bit on the State House agenda on this week as state lawmakers resume business as usual following their holiday break. Acting Senate President Harriette Chandler will meet with House Speaker Robert DeLeo and Gov. Charlie Baker to lay out plans for the coming weeks. This month also kicks off the first state budget planning cycle for both Gov. Baker and Speaker DeLeo's top fiscal aides. WGBH News State House reporter Mike Deehan joined WGBH's Morning Edition to discuss this and more.
