Singer/songwriter Jade Bird came roaring into Brighton Music Hall last night, armed with her gorgeous white guitar and sparkling voice, and put on a show chock full of wit and a relentless energy. The NPR Music 2018 Slingshot artist has a knack for writing songs about the moments in life that you wish you could forget, including her current hit "Lottery," a song she told theboot.com was inspired by a conversation with her ex. Bird threw in a charming cover of "Walk Like an Egyptian" to round out the night, and an incredible show.
