And yet, next week, the 2nd annual Arlington International Film Festival kicks off with a documentary it has named “Best of Festival," All Me: The Life and Times of Winfred Rembert. It's the story of a little known artist from Georgia, who paints his memories of the segregated south of his childhood on leather. Here's a taste:
