Young people turned out to vote in the 2018 midterm elections at a historic high, but can it happen again in 2020?

WGBH State House Reporter Mike Deehan sat down with Student Chair of the Harvard Public Opinion Project, Teddy Landis, Creator of Outvote, Naseem Makiya, Associate Professor of Political Science at UMASS Boston, Erin O'Brien, and Communications Director of the Massachusetts ACLU, John Ward, to discuss how young people turned out in the 2018 midterms and what it means for future elections.
