Are you ready to Sing That Thing!?

Registration deadline has been extended to December 8th at midnight!
Competition is open to all high school, college and adult singing groups in New England. Be sure to have all of your information ready and then fill out the form in its entirety, and click submit at the bottom of the page.

Back-up Day: February 12
Selected groups will only need to come to our WGBH Studios for a 3-hour session on one of the above dates for each competition round.

Sing That Thing! is a television series produced by WGBH that is intended to showcase the depth, variety, and talent of the best choirs in New England. As a showcase for a deliberately broad range of singing styles and repertory, Sing That Thing! will have three main categories: High School, College, and Adult groups, comprising of a minimum of 6 to a maximum of 65 members.

To register you need to complete the form below and send us a recent video of your group. The audition video may be in any musical genre, including but not limited to classical, jazz, Broadway, folk, hip hop, rap, a cappella, and world music and can be recorded on any device (smartphone, tablet or video camera).

The entire audition video may be up to five (5) minutes in length. The performance must have been done in one take, without benefit of any editing. The recording must have been made after January 1, 2017. Audition videos can be accompanied by piano only and it should be at least 50% ensemble singing.
