The People v. Leo Frank
In 1913, 13-year-old Mary Phagan was found dead at the National Pencil Factory in Atlanta; police quickly decided that the Jewish superintendent, Leo Frank, should be held responsible. This program documents the murder of Phagan and the subsequent trial and lynching of Frank, her accused killer.
