Emily Rooney inducted into Hall of Fame
Greater Boston and Beat the Press host Emily Rooney was inducted into the Massachusetts Broadcasters Hall of Fame on Sept. 16, 2009. The purpose of the Hall of Fame is to recognize and honor legends of Massachusetts radio and television and to preserve Massachusetts broadcast history. Emily was joined by other legendary broadcasters including Gil Santos, Sonya Hamilin, John Henning, and Charles Laquidara.
